SPRAT is thrilled to be heading to Portland, Oregon USA for the 2025 Mid-Year Meeting scheduled for July 22-23, hosted by Burgess & Niple.
We welcome both members and non-members alike to join us for the program. This year’s agenda will include an introduction to SPRAT for those new the society in addition to updates from our active committees, general business and technical topics.

Tuesday, July 22:
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Intro to SPRAT and Related Topics / Technical Presentations and Demonstrations
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Social Gathering for Networking and Mingling
Wednesday, July 23:
9:00 AM – Noon: Committee, Programs and General Business Topics
Noon – 1:30 PM: Group Lunch (included for registered attendees)
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Technical Presentations and Demonstrations
3:00 PM: Meeting Adjourns
Registration
There is no cost to attend the 2025 Mid-Year Meeting, however registration is required for all who plans to attend. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging.
Lodging Options
With a number of lodging options and the unique travel expectations of our attendees, SPRAT has not contracted with just one hotel this year. This allows those traveling for this event the opportunity to choose their own adventure. There are three hotels within a close proximity to the meeting location:
