Media Submission Disclaimer and Release

By submitting photographs and/or video footage to the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT), I acknowledge and agree that I have the authority to submit the content and, where applicable, have obtained the necessary permissions from the photographer, videographer, or other rights holder.

I understand and agree that submitted photographs and/or video footage may be reviewed and used by SPRAT and its authorized promoters for communications, educational, promotional, marketing, and other organizational purposes. Submitted content may be reviewed for the technically correct use of equipment, techniques, and practices, as well as for potential commercial or promotional applications.

SPRAT reserves the right to edit submitted content as reasonably necessary for its intended use, including removing or obscuring company logos, trademarks, names, or other identifying information.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, SPRAT will not provide specific company or individual attribution or credit for submitted content.

By submitting content, I acknowledge that no compensation, royalty, fee, or other payment will be provided for the submission or use of the content. SPRAT is not responsible for compensating the submitter, photographer, videographer, or other rights holder for submitted content or its use.
