ABOUT OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE

SPRAT is thrilled to offer this annual limited attendee event again taking place from March 15-17, 2027.
With attendance capped, the atmosphere stays relaxed, personal, and highly interactive.
The 2027 Conference headquarters will be at the Cabrillo Events Pavilion, a beachside venue on the coast in Santa Barbara, California. The event will include educational opportunities covering both technical and soft skills, real-world applications of rope access and other work-at-height methods, and ample networking possibilities over three days.

2027 Annual Conference Registration Fees
Unless otherwise noted, the following fees cover registration for one attendee and includes
all programming and meals listed in the schedule of events.
Early registration discount valid through December 31, 2026.
Member Rates
Individual Attendee:
- US$315 per person (If registered before December 31)
- US$340 per person (January 1– February 28)
- US$365 (On or after March 1)
Non-Member Rates
Individual Attendee:
- US$340 per person (If registered before December 31)
- US$365 per person (January 1– February 28)
- US$390 (On or after March 1)
Guest Rates
US$65 per guest
Must be purchased with a full registrant
Includes scheduled evening events on Monday and Tuesday only. Guests attending daytime programming or meals will be asked to pay a full registration fee.
Waitlist
In the event of a sold out event, a waitlist will be initiated. Registration will be available on a first come first serve basis as open slots become available.
ACCOMMODATIONS
CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation requests received on or before January 19, 2027 will receive a full refund of paid registration fees. Cancellation requests received from January 20 – February 28, 2027 will be subject to a $40 processing fee. No refund will be provided for registrations cancelled on or after March 1, 2027.
Sponsorships
Cancellation requests received on or before January 19, 2027, will receive a full refund. No refund will be provided for sponsorship fees cancelled on or after January 20, 2027.
Get Certified
A SPRAT certification provides instant recognition and credibility for the Technicians who carry it, and the companies who invest in it. In turn, companies that hire rope access services will look for the SPRAT certification, and will know you offer the industry’s best in technical achievement.
Join SPRAT
Membership in the organization is open to any company or individual interested in furthering the interest of rope access. Current members include a broad cross-section of commercial industry, professional services, and government agencies.
Standards
Member consensus and committee developed standards, guidelines, policies and procedure drafted with modern regulations and geographic requirements in mind and built for the benefit of the current technician, company and general member.
