2027 Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship opportunities are available to members and non-members and can be selected during the registration process.
Listed fees do not include attendee registration.

Logo Sponsor

US$300 
This non-exclusive sponsorship includes:

  • Company logo within the online conference program and applicable event signage.
  • Company name on the conference shirt.

This level does not include a tabletop, and conference attendance is not required.

Tabletop Sponsor

US$800
This non-exclusive sponsorship includes:

  • Company logo within the online conference program and applicable event signage.
  • Company name on the conference shirt.
  • Tabletop display during the Networking Mixer in the evening of Tuesday, March 16.

Sponsors must abide by the Tabletop Display Guidelines
A minimum of 1 individual attendee registration is required (not included in the fee).

Event Sponsor: Networking Mixer

US$1,250 / four available
This limited participation sponsorship includes:

  • Benefits of the Tabletop Sponsor.
  • Logo on the conference shirt.
  • Program acknowledgment as an event sponsor.
  • Onsite signage during the specified event.

Sponsors must abide by the Tabletop Display Guidelines.
A minimum of 1 individual attendee registration is required (not included in the fee).

Event Sponsor: Group Lunch

US$1,500 / one per meal available
This exclusive sponsorship includes:

  • Benefits of the Tabletop Sponsor.
  • Logo on the conference shirt.
  • Program acknowledgment as an event sponsor.
  • Onsite signage during selected lunch on Monday or Tuesday.
  • Tabletop display during selected meal to showcase products.

Sponsors must abide by the Tabletop Display Guidelines.
A minimum of 1 individual attendee registration is required (not included in the fee).

CANCELLATION TERMS (Sponsorships)

Due to the need for printing and preparation of sponsorship materials, the cancellation terms for sponsorships differ from the individual registration fees.

Cancellation requests received on or before January 19, 2027, will receive a full refund. No refund will be provided for sponsorship fees cancelled on or after January 20, 2027.
